News Update from the CEO

Dear Pulaski Electric System (PES) Customers,

**What’s Happening:**

We have been informed that “Monster,” recently acquired and now operating as “Point Broadband,” will be cancelling their service to many of their customers in Giles County as of July 31, 2024.

**Our Commitment to You:**

At PES, we understand how crucial reliable internet service is for your daily life. We want to assure you of the following:

**Avoid Long-Term Contracts:**

We strongly advise against signing long-term contracts with other carriers at this time. A significant portion of Monster’s service area overlaps with the regions where we are currently expanding our network. We will be able to offer state-of-the-art fiber optic service within the year.

**PES is Here for You:**

Some areas previously serviced by Monster are now covered by our network. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and support.

**Our Progress:**

We are excited to share that we have completed 50% of our ambitious 500+ mile expansion project. This significant milestone brings us closer to delivering high-speed fiber optic internet to more homes and businesses in our community.

**Stay Informed:**

We recently sent out an email and updated our website with the latest news about our progress. Additionally, we have a list of about 300 individuals who have signed up to receive updates on our grant progress and network expansion. If you would like to join the list, check out our website: pesenergize.com

**Need More Information?**

We are here to help. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Thank you for considering PES as your trusted internet provider. We are committed to serving you with the best possible internet experience.

Best regards,

Scott Newton, CEO
