On behalf of all of us at PES and PES Energize, welcome to the Staff Directory for PES and PES Energize. Our entire team is excited to be able to work with you to open or close or add to your accounts for electric power, cable, internet or phone service. We are confident we can help your family or business get the most out of your service from us.
Our team is ready to help you find plans that meet your budget and to help you manage the usage of your electricity to help you keep bills lower. We also know that there is nothing more important than reliable and dependable service! And while there will be occasional outages due to such things as inclement weather, you can find the team members here who will help get your power back on and internet service up and running quickly.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., but the Operations Center is available around the clock with 24/7 coverage monitoring the grid to assure that your internet experience and power support remain steady.
Many of your questions are answered on the PES website, but we are also here to answer your questions and to assist you whether you are setting up your email or gaining access to the SmartHub app.
