If you have a question about your bill, we will be happy to explain your charges and provide additional information if necessary. If you would like to add utility services, or change your existing services, please let us know and we guide you through the process.
We do offer a Levelized Billing plan that provides a twelve-month rolling average payment plan. You may also be interested in our convenient Online Bill Payment service or our Automatic Withdrawal program. Please contact our customer service staff if you are interested in any of these programs.
If you, or someone you know, is having trouble paying for electricity, you may contact South Central Human Resources at (931) 363-5382 or the Giles County Help Center at (931) 363-8655 and ask about their support programs.
