Being a small cable provider, we joined forces with other small providers to improve our ability to negotiate for better pricing. Our team, National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC), is currently in negotiations with AMC Networks to continue to offer their stations, which include AMC, WeTV, SundanceTV, IFC, BBC America, BBC World News. These stations are bundled and sold together.

Due to confidentiality and an ongoing negotiation, we are unable to discuss the specific details, but we wanted to make our customers aware that AMC is demanding, what we consider, unreasonable term limits and excessive rate increases.

Our current AMC Agreement will expire at midnight on Saturday, May 1. NCTC will continue to negotiate with AMC Networks with intentions of reaching a new reasonable agreement and avoid any service interruptions. However, if we do not come to terms by May 1, customers may notice a black screen on the listed channels.

We appreciate your business and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call at 931-363-2522, Option 3.
