In order to better protect our customers, PES has launched a new secure Pay-By-Phone system. Beginning July 1, our Customer Service Representatives will no longer manually process credit card payments by phone. Instead, these payments can be made by calling (833) 368-2462 directly or (931) 363-2522, select option 4 to access the new automated system. This change not only protects customers from fraud and/or identity theft, it also removes the opportunity for human error to occur.

As with any change, PES understands this may seem unfamiliar, but please be reassured that our staff is here to walk you through the process if needed.
