PES Energize Experiencing Phone Outage
On Monday, September 27th, PES Energize customers and the PES Energize office lost phone service. The IT department began investigating the problem and found it to be linked to Momentum, PES Energize phone vendor. After reaching out to Momentum, it was discovered that they were receiving corrupt information from their partners at Bandwidth.
The issue restricted customers and the PES Energize office from receiving inbound calls and experiencing intermitting service when making outbound calls. This Bandwidth outage has created national news and has impacted multiple voice providers across the nation. Momentums executive team remains in close contact Bandwidth’s management team as they work to resolve the issue permanently.
PES Energize, along with other voice providers, are provided periodic updates on the situation and will pass those along to customers as they are received.
